Dr. Carl Prior met Dr. Foster while working at a major clinic close to Millcreek Veterinary Clinic after completing his veterinary training at Colorado State University in 1999. It was the ideal time for Dr. Prior's practice to grow from Park City into the valley when Dr. Foster retired.
