Dog Park Locations

Pets are welcome to explore the rocky shores of this Pescadero beach with you on a leash. This is an excellent location for tide-pooling and beachcombing.

The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area's Zuma Canyon Trailhead is a beautiful hike. Leashed (no more than six feet) pets are welcome to accompany their owners on this walk, which is a beautiful area to see the seasons change. The Rios (East) Trail in the San Elijo Ecological Reserve in Solana Beach, CA, is a dog-friendly, easy 1.2-mile hike that will take around 2 hours to accomplish with Petzooie. This route travels alongside the lagoon and allows visitors to see wetlands flora and wildlife. This lovely spot is still close to the highway, and it can be muddy in places.
