Dog Park Locations

Eckington Dog Park is a dog park in Washington, D.C., next to We Contain Multitudes and Penn Center.

The 46-acre Yakima Space Arboretum has around 30 acres of lawn with trees, structures, and show gardens, as well as 15 acres of wild area. 

The grounds are bordered on the west by Interstate 82, on the south by Highway 24/Nob Hill Blvd, on the north by Buchanan Lake, and on the east by the Yakima River.

This park features modern agility equipment for all breeds of dogs, plenty of water throughout the summer, benches and sitting for people, and waste bags/cans easily located. The city must continue to invest in this area, particularly with regard to trees and the upcoming gazebo!

THE HALE PARK IS NOW OPEN! The hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please be aware that some minor construction is currently underway. Hale Park is the Greater Wenatchee area's first public off-leash area (OLA). This 2-acre park was created after hours of research on the top dog parks in the United States, as well as hard-won community feedback. It was made possible by small and large donations, and it would not have been feasible without the hard effort and dedication of many people.

This 3-acre park is located immediately off Fourth Plain Boulevard in downtown Vancouver's Arnada neighborhood. Arnada Park has received nearly $43,000 in grants for site restoration since 1996. The park is one of a dozen that have been adopted in Vancouver.

South Cliff is located in Clark County and is one of Washington's most desirable neighborhoods. Inhabitants of South Cliff enjoy a minimal suburban vibe, and the majority of residents own their homes. There are numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in South Cliff.

The Carter Neighborhood of downtown Vancouver is served by this small, 0.7-acre park. Carter Park's playground equipment was updated in 2012 thanks to a grant from the city's Community Development Block Grant program. These monies will be utilized to improve public facilities that are now inaccessible to people with impairments. The new equipment complies with current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) criteria while also bringing entertaining and safe play equipment to the playground!
