Dog Park Locations

Your pet will enjoy playing in Woodward Park's one-acre fenced off-leash run. Large and tiny dogs have their own sections.

This public park has a fenced dog run where your pet can play off-leash, or they can join you on-leash in the large park.

Tenaja Falls Trail is an easy, dog-friendly half-hour hike near Fallbrook, CA that leads to Tenaja Falls. The Morgan Trail continues another 2.1 miles up the canyon before coming to an end. North Natomas Regional Dog Park has two acres of completely enclosed off-leash space for dogs over 25 pounds and a half-acre of fully fenced off-leash space for small or timid canines. Waste stations, water bowls, and a few of benches are also available.

This public park's wide, enclosed dog run is a terrific location to take your dog to play off-leash. Running water, donated toys, and trash bags are all included.

Bring your dog to Hale Park, a 14-acre dog-friendly open space park in Santa Barbara, CA, which has plenty of walking routes covered by plenty of trees. Bring water and keep pets on a leash in the parking lot. On Camino Viejo, waste bags are available at the park entrance.

South Buena Vista Park in Vista, California, is a large park with off-leash dog hours. The park offers both shady and open places where you may walk in and out of the trees and run. A doggy drinking fountain and many trash bag stations are available. There are numerous benches, a basketball court, and a fenced-in playground for humans. The park has some off-leash hours; please check their website for the most up-to-date information on when dogs are allowed off-leash.

The SUP Connection, located behind the Courtyard Marriott in Liberty Station, hosts SUP Pups, a stand-up paddleboard class and tour for dogs and their owners. The canine-friendly instruction and tour begins at Liberty Station, where the dogs can mingle, smell, and become acquainted. They can run around and burn off some energy. After that, you'll head down to the sandy beach to jump into the ocean and explore the marina. While putting your dog on the board, Samantha or another tour operator will teach you the fundamentals and safety of SUP.The hour-long cruise brings you beneath the North Harbor Bridge, near the Navy Dolphin Training Facility, where you may see dolphins as well as many other wonderful sights in San Diego!! The tour includes dog treats, photographs, and water.

Local dog owners love this huge, well-kept off-leash dog park. There are separate spaces for large and small dogs at this facility. There's a lot of grass here, as well as water fountains and shaded spaces. During peak hours, parking may be scarce.

At this coastal outdoor outlet shopping mall with more than 55 stores and cafés, dogs are welcome to walk outside. Dogs are welcome at the shopping complex, which includes pet stations and complimentary snacks from Customer Service. The Outlets at San Clemente is easily accessible from the I-5 motorway, which connects Los Angeles and San Diego.
