Los Rios Ranchos is a pet-friendly attraction in Oak Glen, California. It has been in operation since 1906 and is Southern California's largest apple farm. Dogs are not permitted in the orchards or berry fields, but they are permitted to explore the mountainous nature trails as long as they are clean and leashed. Join us on the SEA HAWK for a deep sea adventure that you and your dog will never forget! The SEA HAWK is a 45-foot charter boat that can accommodate up to 25 fisherman and 30 tourists for deep-sea fishing, whale watching, bay cruises, and sunset cruises. They provide a variety of cruises, with prices varying based on the one you choose. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge, with the exception of the salmon fishing cruises. It is recommended that you bring your dog's life jacket as well as your own pet care and clean-up equipment. They must be well-behaved and kept on a leash at all times.

The shoreline of Point Reyes National Seashore stretches about 19 miles and includes various dog-friendly spots such as Limantour and Kehoe Beach. If you bring a dog or any other creature to the park, please follow the park's guidelines about keeping Fido on a six-foot leash at all times. The parking lot and picnic area at the Bear Valley Visitor Center are pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted in public buildings, on public transit vehicles, at swimming beaches, or in any structure or area declared by the superintendent as off-limits to the keeping of pets. With the exception of Kehoe Beach walk and authorized trails in the nearby Golden Gate National Recreation Area, all trails inside the park are closed to pets.Pets are also allowed on the trails and roads south of the Commonweal entrance road and west of Mesa road in the Niman Ranch/Commonweal region. Throughout the year, pets are welcome on the following ocean-facing beaches:
Point Reyes/Great Beach - from the North Beach parking lot south to the historic Navy installation/lifeboat station located approximately one mile south of the South Beach parking lot; Kehoe Beach - north of the Kehoe Beach trail; Limantour Beach - southeast of the parking lot to the beach adjacent to Coast Camp; Point Reyes/Great Beach - from the North Beach parking lot south to the historic Navy installation/lifeboat station located approximately one mile south of the South Beach parking lot.

The campground at Emerald Bay State Park only permits dogs on a 6-foot leash. Pets are not permitted on the trails, the roads leading to Emerald Bay, or the beach. The lake is recognized for its natural beauty, with a number of small islands dotting the water and the adjacent South Lake Tahoe area's tree-lined mountains. Emerald Bay State Park is open every day from sunrise to dusk.
