Dog Park Locations

Mineral Point Unleashed is the perfect place for your dog to let off steam. This 1.5-acre facility, the sole dog park in the picturesque little town of Mineral Point, provides a safe, fenced-in setting for the community's canines to run around in.

The 5 acre Platteville Community Dog Park, which is nestled beside the Rountree Branch stream, provides a secure and expansive space for dogs to roam and play. It's a walled off-leash facility with a small dog-only section, a woodland on-leash walking route, feces disposal stations, picnic tables, parking, and a porta-potty.

Statz Park is a 2.84-acre park near center Baraboo that borders the Baraboo River.
The Parks Department maintains and grooms a lovely ball field. Two dugouts, bleachers, a drinking fountain, and male and female facilities are available on the field. Batting practice is available at the batting cages.
Between the outfield of the ball park and the Baraboo River, near to the playground, there is a shelter with a grill that is offered on a first come, first served basis.

Pat Liston Dog Park is located at the corner of Mill Race Road and Hill Street in Baraboo. Allow your dogs to get some exercise and social time at the park, which includes plenty of open area and agility equipment. There are separate places for little and large dogs, as well as an ADA water fountain with a dog bowl to quench both your and your dogs' thirsts.

It is open weather permitting.

Because no plowing will be done at this area throughout the winter, walk-in access may be limited. The park, however, will stay open.

A disc golf course and tennis courts are among the leisure facilities available at this local park.

It's on a five-acre lot in Fox Crossing, on the northeast corner of Ehlers Road and Jacobsen Road. The county has set aside $120,000 for renovations, which will include the installation of fences and signs, as well as the construction of a driveway and parking lot.

Picnic spots, a playground, and a fountain, as well as two tennis courts, may be found in this tree-lined urban green space.

Two seasonal outdoor swimming pools, sports courts, and an ice skating rink may be found in this city park.
