Kinnear Park is a 14.1-acre park in Seattle, Washington, United States, on the southwest slope of Queen Anne Hill, between W. On the northeast, Olympic Place, W. Elliott Avenue W. and Mercer Place The 9th Avenue W is located in the southwest. westbound right-of-way, and 6th Avenue W. On the east, there is a right of way.

In the higher northern section of the park, there is also an off-leash area for dogs. According to the Seattle Municipal Code, dogs are not permitted on beaches or in children's play areas in Seattle parks.
