Dog Park Locations

Lake Lowndes State Park is a public recreation facility in the United States of America, located roughly 9 miles southeast of Columbus, Mississippi, off Mississippi Highway 69.

Childforms constructs not just play places for children, but also play areas for dogs. Everyone likes to be outside during the summer months.

The Lowndes Recreation Department's objective is to improve the lives of Lowndes County residents by expanding the range and quality of programs, services, and facilities available.

South Mississippi's premier jogging, biking, hiking, and equestrian route is the Longleaf Trace. It's a lovely 44-mile linear park that runs from Hattiesburg (elevation 220') to Prentiss (336'), passing via Sumrall (290'), Bassfield (460'), and Carson. The trail is 10 feet wide and paved, and it is a Rails-to-Trails conversion.

Genesee Park and Playfield is a large, open meadow that runs north from Genesee Street to Stan Sayres Memorial Park on Lake Washington Boulevard for roughly 5 blocks. The environment is pretty pleasant, as it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Page Ellington Park (BullStreet District) has a dog park that is open to the public and free. There are shady chairs and water for the dogs in the completely gated dog park. Leashed dogs are welcome throughout Page Ellington Park, which has running and walking pathways, shelters, and a natural water habitat with a two-acre pond.

The Twin Lakes Recreational Area Dog Park is located in Columbia, Missouri's Twin Lakes Recreational Area. This dog park is separated into three areas, each of which is reached via a single general staging area located a short distance from the parking lot.
