Chantilly Dog Park, tucked away behind Chantilly Auto Park in Chantilly, Virginia, is a hidden treasure of a dog park. It is located immediately next to Pender Pet Retreat and is open to the public. It's also close to Dulles Airport, as you would have assumed from the name.

A little over twenty acres of woods, meadows, a playground, and a spring-fed stream make up the park. The park also contains a 1500-square-foot covered picnic pavilion with a full kitchen and restrooms, which is utilized for family gatherings and corporate events. Playground equipment, soccer fields, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, and a 3/4 mile walking or running route are among the park's principal attractions .[2]

The gem of Berkeley County's 18 public parks is War Memorial Park. War Memorial Park, which is maintained and run by the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board, offers a wide range of amenities and programs and is Berkeley County's most heavily utilized park.

In the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, the Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area is located in Morgan and Berkeley Counties. It covers 22,928 acres, the majority of which is mixed oak and pine forest, with around 3,500 acres of mixed hardwoods.

J.W. Gibbons sold this property to Goldie and Gladstone Gibbons on November 2, 1944. Azaline V. LeMaster, LeMaster's wife. A big wooden Victorian structure formerly stood proudly in the northwest corner of this 1.7-acre parcel, and it was home to whoever owned the property at the time. Along with being a farmhouse, this edifice has also served as a general shop, the Bedington Post Office, Doctor Andy LeMaster's office, and a train station for locals waiting to board the Cumberland Valley train. They'd buy a ticket that would take them south to Martinsburg or north to Hagerstown. Anyone who was brought to Doctor LeMaster's office with an illness or injury requiring hospitalization was loaded onto the train and taken to the hospital.

The 46-acre Yakima Space Arboretum has around 30 acres of lawn with trees, structures, and show gardens, as well as 15 acres of wild area. 

The grounds are bordered on the west by Interstate 82, on the south by Highway 24/Nob Hill Blvd, on the north by Buchanan Lake, and on the east by the Yakima River.

This park features modern agility equipment for all breeds of dogs, plenty of water throughout the summer, benches and sitting for people, and waste bags/cans easily located. The city must continue to invest in this area, particularly with regard to trees and the upcoming gazebo!
