Dog Park Locations

The heart and pride of the Texarkana, Texas park system is Spring Lake Park. A spring-fed lake, open green spaces with picnic spots, playground units, a splash pad, dog park, fishing piers, and an 18-hole disc golf course are all part of this 145-acre park. The Phillip McDougal Walking/Biking Trail, which runs the length of the park, is a popular destination for recreational and serious joggers both.

A small dog area and a large dog area, as well as a shaded sitting area and dog-friendly drinking faucets, are all available at the park.

San Angelo Dog Park is a fenced-in area where Fido can run off-leash and mingle with other canines. The park is divided into two sections, one for tiny breeds and the other for large types. Dogs are brought in on a leash and then taken to their allocated off-leash area at the San Angelo Dog Park. Walkways, water fountains, benches, tables, garbage cans, dog bag dispensers, obstacles, trees, and other elements can be found throughout the park. Unless closed for maintenance or inclement weather, the park is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Owners are limited to two dogs at a time and must have their pets registered, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered. Check out the San Angelo Dog Park's website for more regulations and prohibitions.

Dogs and their owners are invited to enjoy the different sections for small and large dogs, strolling trails, seating seats, and concrete wash stations for rinsing and bathing your dog at Bibi and Mini-Me Bush Dog Park in Pundt Park. Please read the following rules before using the dog park.

An amphitheater, fishing lake, golf course, pathways, and playgrounds are all part of this large community park.

A 1.8-mile walking track, picnic tables, and a playground for children are all available at Collier's Ferry. It's also a fantastic spot for launching a boat and taking a ride down the Neches River. Alternatively, unwind on the dock while observing boats and fishermen on the water. Crab off the pier or from the beach. There are four boat ramps in the park, as well as enough of parking for boats and trailers. There is no overnight docking allowed.
