Canines and their companions can enjoy a luxurious tour of San Luis Obispo Wine Country with Breakaway Tours. The dog-friendly tour group picks up dog owners and their leashed pets from their local lodging and transports them to four dog-friendly wineries of their choosing in private, air-conditioned automobiles! Owners can add a winery picnic lunch to their trip, complete with Scooby Snacks. Rates start at $350 per night, including a cleaning fee for pets.

The fenced-in and double-gated dog park is really rather attractive, despite being partially located beneath 280. It is spacious and totally gated, allowing owners to rest while their dogs are off-leash. Because the park is completely mulched, there can be a lot of dust kicked up as dogs chase each other. It's a hidden gem, but keep in mind that this park is solely maintained by local volunteers.

The California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside, California, is a dog-friendly park that spans over 400 acres of southern California. It is a throwback to those that existed in the early 1900s, when citrus fruits were hailed as the state's second gold rush. There are many demonstration groves and picnic spaces among the trees at the California Citrus State Historic Park. Dogs are not permitted in the park's facilities, although they are permitted to wander leashed on many pathways throughout the groves. Hours vary depending on the season, so check their website before going.

Bring Petzooie to Lawler Ranch Dog Park for some leash-free fun! The Dog Park is enclosed and has two areas for dogs: one for large dogs and one for tiny dogs. A double-gated entry, a doggy water fountain, waste bags, chairs, and trees are among the other amenities. Lawler Ranch Dog Park is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.

Modesto's Elk Park / Modesto Dog Park is a dog-friendly recreation facility. This fenced-in area is an excellent place for your dog to socialize, exercise, and even learn a few new skills. This fun park is popular with the locals since it has bone benches for people to sit on. Dog owners are encouraged to tidy up after their pets and to keep their dogs on a leash on the park's pathways. Elk Park / Modesto Dog Park is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.
400. Iron Horse Regional Trail
Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization working to establish a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, supports the Iron Horse Regional Trail, which is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the group. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Alamo! A parking lot with easy access to the Iron Horse Regional Trail is shown on the map below.
