Carmel Plaza is a pet-friendly retail center in Carmel, California, with several boutiques, studios, and restaurants catering to dogs and their owners. Within the city limits of San Diego, Cowles Mountain is the highest peak you can reach. There are plans in the works to expand the area's trail system.
