For man's best friend, Upper Noe Park in San Francisco's Noe Valley features a tiny fenced-in off-leash dog park. This is a fenced-in, extremely small official Dog Play Area that's easy to miss. There isn't a blade of grass to be discovered (has bare dirt substrate).

This small, enclosed dog park has a lovely environment, with grass, shade trees, and benches for owners to relax on. This fenced-in park, which is located close to the historic McElroy Octagon House at Union and Gough, is visited by dog owners and parents with children. Paths, trees, shrubs, flowers, seats, and grassy spaces are all well designed.
