Doran Regional Park near Bodega Bay, often known as Doran Beach, is a dog-friendly length of sand. It's the ideal spot for a walk with your dog, with a 2-mile stretch of sandy beach. At this fantastic beach, visitors enjoy walking, picnicking, playing on the sand, flying kites, surfing, and bird-watching. Make a point of visiting the park's rock jetty on the west end with your leashed dog. There's even a section of the beach dedicated to dog off-leash fun. The cost of parking is $7. Doran Beach is open from 7 a.m. to sunset every day of the week.

Dogs of all sizes are allowed to join you on the more than 8 kilometers of ski trails at Tahoe Cross Country. Although skijoring is not permitted on the trails, Petzooie can cross-country ski beside you and enjoy the snow. Although leashes are required at the parking lot and at the trailhead, your dog can enjoy the trail without one as long as he remains under your voice control.

700. Palm View Peak Trail
Palm View Peak Trail is a challenging, but dog-friendly 8.6-mile climb in San Bernardino National Forest that will take Petzooie around 4 hours to accomplish. This may not be the trek for you if you want to hike to a mountain with a spectacular view. This trail is for those who want to enjoy a hike but don't require it to take them anywhere spectacular. The path to the top is a little difficult to identify, but with a map and some trail sense, you can find the peak and trail register. While on this trail, Petzooie must be leashed.
