1372. Stinson Beach

On the county beach and in picnic areas, leashed dogs are permitted, but not on the National Park Service side of the beach. Dog owners are encouraged to clean up any filth that their pets may leave behind.

This 124-acre park, which includes a forest of coastal redwoods, welcomes leashed pets to enjoy its many attractions. Large grassy areas ideal for picnicking, two fishing piers, and a sports complex are among the built areas. A nature trail through the redwoods runs through the undeveloped area, making it ideal for amateur naturalists, birdwatchers, and hikers.

In the summer, you can hire paddleboards, rowboats, paddleboats, sailboats, and water cycles at Lake Gregory Regional Park, which is located in the San Bernardino Mountains of Crestline, CA. Anglers will enjoy good trout, catfish, and bass fishing outside of the swimming area. On the South Shore, there is a dog park (including a small one for little dogs), but the major draw is the 2.7-mile fitness trail with workout stations that runs alongside the scenic path around the lake. Restrooms, two snack bars, barbecues, picnic tables, picnic shelters, sand volleyball courts, and other amenities are available at the lake's swimming area. When visiting the park, dogs must be on a leash.Dogs are not permitted on the beach, during events, or in any of the guarded areas.

Leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners on a historical promenade around Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, where visitors will learn about life in the 1820s-1870s. Visitors will experience the merging cultures of Mexico and the United States as they track San Diego's transformation from a Mexican pueblo to an American town through history. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed inside.

1377. El Dorado East Regional Park

El Dorado Park offers a fenced-in off-leash dog area that is divided into two sections: one for big dogs and one for small dogs. There's plenty of water and poop bags, but if you drive your dog to the park, you'll have to pay an entrance charge.

1378. Limantour Beach

Limantour Beach, located between Drakes Bay and an estuary, is home to a variety of species that enjoy both the land and the sea. Walk your dog along the dog-friendly southeast section of the beach! Dogs must be kept on six-foot leashes or shorter.

1379. Santee Dog Park

Santee Dog Park is a dog-friendly park on the banks of the San Diego River in Santee, California. In approved areas, pets are allowed on a leash. There are also bathrooms on site, as well as 2-miles of illuminated paths, walk-in access from the Mission Creek Trail and Wintercreek Place.

The Laguna Beach Dog Park is a terrific spot for Laguna Beach's canines to get some exercise and mingle while their owners catch up on the latest news from around town and the world. Except on Wednesdays, when it is closed for maintenance, the park is open daily from sunrise to nightfall. You must pick up after your dog in and out of the enclosed area when visiting the dog park. Entering and exiting the park, dogs must be on a leash. Dogs must be up to date on their licenses. Aggressive dogs should be removed from the park as soon as possible. It is not permissible to hire a professional dog trainer. Collars with spikes or pins are not permitted. Sports activities, bicycles, picnics, and other similar activities are not authorized. When you depart, take any balls or other toys with you.You are in charge of your dog's behavior. Please leave if your dog is making a nuisance. Dogs must not be left unsupervised in the park.
