Dog Park Locations

Horseshoe Lake is a wonderful place for your dog to unwind. Dogs are welcome to swim in the lake and explore the beach that surrounds it. You can also spend the day hiking with your leashed pet in the local region.

The asphalt trails at Bolsa Chica State Beach are dog-friendly. On hot days, this popular beach area brings a large number of visitors to the sea, however dogs must remain on the pathways because they are not permitted on the sand.

Pets are welcome to accompany you on leash while you rest or play in the Marin Headlands near Sausalito, CA, where you'll find hiking trails with dramatic cliffs and panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Hikers are reminded of leash or voice control requirements on dog-friendly paths, which are clearly marked. There are additional picnic places accessible.
