Dog-friendly pathways and campsites can be found in Lake Perris State Recreation Area. Dogs aren't allowed within 100 feet of the water, unfortunately. Petzooie can accompany you on the bike track that circles the lake, taking in the sparkling waters and rolling hills in the background. You can also take your dog to one of the nearby campgrounds. Lake Perris is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.
1032. Clarksburg Branch Line Trail
The Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a countrywide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, supports the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail, which is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the group. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in West Sacramento!
1033. Ghost Tour of Old Monterey
The Ghost Trolley welcomes dogs under 40 pounds on the Ghost Tour of Old Monterey! On this guided tour, see the oldest church in California, Monterey's historic cemetery, and historic and recent sighting places. Well-behaved, leashed pets under the weight restriction are permitted on the tour if the other tour participants are not terrified of dogs and the dog is not disruptive.

Despite its tiny size, this fenced, off-leash park with small dog area, water, and shade trees provides plenty of space for neighborhood dogs to run and play. Every Thursday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., the dog park is closed for repair.

You and your leashed pet can trek the Griffith Observatory Loop from Griffith Park to get even closer to the renowned Hollywood sign than Lake Hollywood Park. This climb is popular with visitors and locals alike because it offers spectacular views of the Hollywood sign and the LA Basin. Bronson Canyon in Griffith Park is a 6.5-mile, 3-hour hike. Because the dog-friendly walk is primarily along fire roads that aren't well-marked, it's a good idea to study a map ahead of time.

The Dr. James W. Thornton Dog Park is a magnificent 1.5-acre membership-based park located at 3934 N. Valley Animal Center. Hayston is a Californian who lives in Fresno. A 2,000-gallon canine wading pool with water jets, as well as grassy ground with trees divided into many big dog runs, are available at the park.

Camping, fishing, picnic spots with grills, and five group picnic areas are all available at this 320-acre park. Walking, hiking, bicycling, and equestrian riding are all possible on the trails. A par course, a 3-acre swimming lagoon, and a 72-acre lake are all part of the park. Dogs must be on a leash that is no longer than 6 feet long. It is necessary to have a license. Dogs are permitted on the grassy area surrounding the swimming lagoon, but not on the sand or beach.
