The Pope Memorial SPCA is committed to helping homeless and abandoned animals, standing up for animals in need, and advancing the treatment of all animals humanely. Only with the community's help is this feasible.

Second chances are very important to the New Hampshire Humane Society. We are committed to helping lost or abandoned animals find devoted families as well as short-term shelter and care. We support treating animals with kindness and compassion. In addition to offering educational programs and community services, we also support responsible pet ownership and the human-animal link. We work tirelessly to prevent cruelty to animals and forge a more humane and kind community.

Since 1995, LRHS has offered a secure and loving home to animals that have been abandoned, mistreated, or are unwanted. Our goal is to provide foster care for cats and dogs in need while also promoting their welfare and health via community outreach and education.

We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to animal welfare. We try our hardest to reunite stray animals with their birth family. If that can't be done, we endeavor to find them a new, caring family.

Animals and people throughout Carroll County and beyond can benefit from the services provided by CAHS, a nonprofit animal shelter. We appreciate you taking the time to read a little bit about our shelter's history.

Pope Memorial Humane Society-Cochecho Valley (PMHS-CV), a community-supported, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, is committed to promoting the humane treatment of animals in Strafford County, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. We provide a safe, temporary home for more than 1,000 surrendered, lost, abused, neglected, or unwanted animals each year.

Above the Notch is a non-profit humane society that serves the New Hampshire communities of Littleton, Bethlehem, Franconia, Sugar Hill, Easton, and Lisbon. It is based in the White Mountain region of the state. ATNHS works to support local animal shelters and rescue groups by helping with their operations and programs, as well as by giving needy animals food, shelter, socialization, and veterinary treatment, as well as by educating the public about animal care and encouraging adoptions.

The main dog boarding program at Sugarland Ranch that contributes to the non-profit mission of Sugarland is still Honey Bear's Country Kennels.
