521. Mount Hillyer Trail

Mount Hillyer Trail is a 2.75-mile easy hike in the Angeles National Forest that will take Petzooie about 1.5 hours to accomplish. This is a pleasant, short journey that is acceptable for nearly everyone. While hiking, you may see climbers bouldering in the area. The route is open year-round and offers a variety of activities. A leash is required for Petzooie.

522. Castillo's Hillside Shire Winery

Castillo's Hillside Shire Winery's gorgeous garden welcomes leashed dogs for wine tastings. While taking in the gorgeous scenery, sample the award-winning Petite Veridot, Syrah, and Petite Sirah varieties. The tasting room at Castillo's Hillside Shire Winery is open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m., and by appointment only on weekdays; call (408) 595-3145.

At the junction of Howe and Cottage, Howe Community Park has an off-leash dog area that is totally gated with grass and trees.

524. Bishop Dog Park

Petzooie is welcome to run, play, and interact off-leash at Bishop Dog Park in Bishop, CA. The park features grass, seats, and shade structures, as well as two fully gated areas for large and small dogs. All dogs must be licensed and up to date on their vaccinations. Pet owners are asked to pick up after their animals.

525. Sir Francis Drake Bikeway

Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization working to establish a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, supports the Sir Francis Drake Bikeway, which is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the group. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Lagunitas! 526. Stunt High Trail to Saddle Peak

This 8.5-mile trail will take you and your pet to Saddle Peak in the Santa Monica Mountains. This trail will take you along Cold Creek and link with Backbone Trail to take you to the summit of Saddle Peak, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the area.

Inside the quaint tasting room at Robledo Family Winery, dogs are welcome. A pleasant tasting experience is made possible by friendly staff and good wines. Also, it's inexpensive!

The large dog park is 2.0 acres in size, while the tiny dog park is 0.54 acres. Turf fields, benches, tables, and dog drinking faucets may be found in both dog parks.

The Granary's The Running Shop and Hops, which combines a running store and a craft beer destination, welcomes leashed dogs. Petzooie can assist you in selecting a new pair of sneakers before relaxing on the terrace with a craft drink. Over 80 craft beers are on tap at The Running Shop and Hops, with even more available in cans or bottles. The Running Shop is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
