The California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside, California, is a dog-friendly park that spans over 400 acres of southern California. It is a throwback to those that existed in the early 1900s, when citrus fruits were hailed as the state's second gold rush. There are many demonstration groves and picnic spaces among the trees at the California Citrus State Historic Park. Dogs are not permitted in the park's facilities, although they are permitted to wander leashed on many pathways throughout the groves.
