El Estero Dog Park is a 45-acre recreational facility bordered by Lake El Estero that is part of the larger El Estero Park Complex. The dog park is a small, shady grove across from the Monterey Youth Center and the park's well-known Dennis the Menace Playground. It's normally peaceful and secluded, and it allows your dog to run free in the otherwise controlled El Estero Park Complex.

Dust Bowl Brewing Co. is a brewery based in the United States. Tap Depot is a pet-friendly establishment. Visitors to this Monterey brewery and taproom may fill up their growlers in a historic train depot. Dogs are allowed on the terrace, where you may get meals from one of the revolving food trucks. They are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.

During an hour-long, one-mile walking tour, our free walking tour will take you through the history of Cannery Row up to the present day. The tour is appropriate for both adults and children of all ages, and it will give you a better understanding of this ancient location. The free tour takes place every day at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. across the street from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. On Mondays and Tuesdays, there are no tours. Keep an eye out for your tour leader, who will be waving a red and yellow flag.
6. Ghost Tour of Old Monterey
The Ghost Trolley welcomes dogs under 40 pounds on the Ghost Tour of Old Monterey! On this guided tour, see the oldest church in California, Monterey's historic cemetery, and historic and recent sighting places. Well-behaved, leashed pets under the weight restriction are permitted on the tour if the other tour participants are not terrified of dogs and the dog is not disruptive.

The Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a countrywide network of trails from abandoned rail lines and connecting corridors. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Monterey!
