Friends of Metro Animal Shelters is a Mustang, Oklahoma-based nonprofit rescue group that is entirely run by foster parents and volunteers. Our mission is to protect unwanted animals from damage or euthanasia.

In June 2017, the Custer County Friends for Life Society (also known as Friends For Life Animal Society) constructed a new shelter on the south side of Clinton, Oklahoma. From Weatherford, Clinton, and the neighboring areas in western Oklahoma, we are assisting animals.

The stray and unwanted pets of Pryor, Oklahoma are held at the Rockin' G Animal Shelter, a municipal building. The shelter works to find owners for missing pets and provide homes for those without owners. We also transfer to non-resident 501c3 rescues when it is feasible.
