A private, non-profit, tax-exempt group called H.O.P.E. (Help Orphaned Pets Everywhere) is devoted to caring for abandoned animals and offering them preventative medical care, food, and shelter until we can find them a new home.

We accept animals that are brought in by animal control officers from the cities of Texarkana, Arkansas, Texarkana, Texas, Nash, and Wake Village, Texas, as well as animals that are owned by residents of Miller and Bowie County and unwanted stray animals that are discovered in those counties.
