A "full service" business, the Animal Care and Adoption Center. We accept animals that are brought in by animal control officers from the cities of Texarkana, Arkansas, Texarkana, Texas, Nash, and Wake Village, Texas, as well as animals that are owned by residents of Miller and Bowie County and unwanted stray animals that are discovered in those counties.
