Toro Canyon Park

Bring your dog to Hale Park, a 14-acre dog-friendly open space park in Santa Barbara, CA, which has plenty of walking routes covered by plenty of trees. Bring water and keep pets on a leash in the parking lot. On Camino Viejo, waste bags are available at the park entrance.

Dog-friendly city excursions and wine tours are available through DeeTours of Santa Barbara. Choose between a soft-top Jeep Wrangler or a convertible Jeep Limousine for your excursion. The city tour highlights the city's attractions as well as fantastic spots to eat, shop, and take in the view in Santa Barbara and Montecito. The wine trip includes stops at four vineyards, all tasting costs, an organic picnic lunch, and a stop in Solvang, a Danish town. The Santa Barbara Winery, located in downtown Santa Barbara, is a lovely spot to take your dogs and enjoy some delicious wine. There are wine tastings available.

This boutique winery, located only blocks from the beach, offers high-quality wines while allowing your dogs to accompany you into the store. A couple additional wineries are located nearby. As a result, it's a terrific place to visit during your wine sampling days. Their wine was featured in Meryl Streep's film "It's Complicated."

Sailing is a sport that dogs like as well. Any of our daily cruises departing from gorgeous Santa Barbara Harbor welcome your four-legged companion. Our 41-foot sailing yacht will provide you with a true sailing experience. Private charters and trips ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours are also offered. Reservations must be made in advance.
