Ballentine Bark Park

What was once a grassy field has transformed into a fun community for our animal friends. The Ghent Dog Park Association was founded in 2004 with the goal of creating a location full of barks, wagging tails, and furry kisses.

The Brambleton Dog Park, nestled among residential houses, is a green spot in the heart of the neighborhood that has gone to the dogs.

This enclosed dog park with benches and trees for shade will allow your pet to run and play off-leash.

Dog Park Rules have been posted. -Owners are legally liable for any bodily harm or property damage caused by their dogs. -Owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of waste left by their dogs, as well as providing the necessary tools. -Dog owners must be with their pets at all times and keep them in sight. -All dogs must be rabies-vaccinated and have city license tags. -In the dog park, no dogs in heat are permitted. -Puppies who use the park must be at least four months old. -When entering and exiting the dog park area, dogs must be leashed. -Dogs that attack people or other dogs must be leashed and removed from the dog park immediately. -No more than three

At this dog park, dogs are allowed to play off-leash. There is a separate section for little and large dogs in this park. A drinking fountain is also available for thirsty pups.
