In Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Abby's Dog Park is a popular pet-friendly activity. This park was built using community donations and is named after Abby, a popular local dog and cancer survivor. The 0.8-acre park is separated into two parts, one for little dogs and one for large dogs. You can cool off in the shade of the many trees on hot days. When your dog becomes thirsty, he or she can drink from the offered faucets. There are benches for humans to sit on, as well as waste bags for dog owners to clean up after their pets.A utility pole light and motion detecting lights are installed for the safety of visitors bringing their pets to the park at night.
