Sara Low Memorial Dog Park

On the Lyon College campus, Schram Memorial Bark Park is a dog park. Members of the community and students alike are welcome to use this fenced-in space. The grassy area is a great place for Petzooie to play and meet new people. Make sure you use the garbage bags provided to mop up any spills.

A trip to Jacksonport State Park will take you to the site of a once-thriving historic river port. You can take your dog to a campground, picnic site, or a riverbank route, to name a few options. Just remember to keep Petzooie on a leash at all times.

In Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Abby's Dog Park is a popular pet-friendly activity. This park was built using community donations and is named after Abby, a popular local dog and cancer survivor. The 0.8-acre park is separated into two parts, one for little dogs and one for large dogs. You can cool off in the shade of the many trees on hot days. When your dog becomes thirsty, he or she can drink from the offered faucets. There are benches for humans to sit on, as well as waste bags for dog owners to clean up after their pets.A utility pole light and motion detecting lights are installed for the safety of visitors bringing their pets to the park at night.

This park, located on the banks of Lake Charles in the Ozark Mountains, provides you and your dog with plenty of fishing and hiking activities. It's a tranquil spot set on a 645-acre lake with bass, crappie, bream, and catfish. In fact, it's the spot in Northeast Arkansas where the most 20-inch bass have been caught. From March through October, the visitor center sells a complete line of bait and tackle. With four hiking trails, the park is also a great place to visit in the fall and winter.
