Josh Park Memorial Trail

The Romance Christmas tree farm is a tiny, locally owned and operated farm that welcomes pets. Leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners to this farm to assist in the selection of a Christmas tree for their home. You'll find something suitable at this well-stocked farm, whether you're looking for a large tree or a little pine. You and your dog can go tree-hunting every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 40-acre Lake Bennett at Woolly Hollow State Park is perfect for fishing or floating with your dog. A hiking trail is also available for your leisure. Just remember to keep your dog on a leash at all times.

Between the basketball courts and Pioneer Village lies Searcy Dog Park, which is part of the Searcy Sports Complex. This off-leash park has two fenced-in zones and is open from sunrise to sundown.

At the Ozark Folk Center State Park, you may learn more about Ozark heritage and all that makes the Ozarks and the people who live there special. While enjoying a day outside, explore the craft village with interactive activities and demonstrations. At Ozark Folk State Park and the Craft Village, dogs are welcome. Simply keep Petzooie leashed at all times.

This 100-ft. hideaway is nestled in the beautiful grandeur of the Ozarks. The sandstone formation took millions of years to form. During pioneer days, the stone archway was really used as a bridge. On a road trip, this is an excellent area to stop. There's plenty of room for Petzooie to stretch his legs, as well as a few picnic tables where you can enjoy a meal! From mid-March until mid-November, the museum is open.

Sara Low Memorial Dog Park is close to Riverside Park and is named after a flight attendant who was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. It is totally supported by the community and features two huge, enclosed dog parks, one for little dogs and the other for large dogs. There are water fountains and poop bags available.
