Through the adoption of stray animals and the provision of resources for pet families in need, we are on a mission to create and strengthen pet families. We appreciate the help from our friends and neighborhood.

Giving a needy animal a loving home

A 501C3 non-profit canine rescue run entirely by volunteers, Begin Again Rescue Co. Our pets are all housed in foster homes. We make an effort to place our dogs in the best possible homes.

The Gary Animal Control Center is a shelter for dogs and cats in Lake County that offers temporary home and care for stray, unwanted, and owner-renounced animals. It is situated in Gary, Indiana.

A 501c3 Nonprofit Dog Hospice, Petite Trésors Rescue & Sanctuary cares for senior, handicapped, and abused dogs. We permanently take in dogs that no one else wants.

Because we feel they deserve it, Lakeshore PAWS is committed to finding loving homes for abandoned and unwanted pets in Northwest Indiana, one animal at a time.
