A 501C3 non-profit canine rescue run entirely by volunteers, Begin Again Rescue Co. Our pets are all housed in foster homes. We make an effort to place our dogs in the best possible homes.

Our goal is to lessen pet overpopulation and animal homelessness by helping homeless animals find shelter, educating the public about responsible pet ownership, providing thoroughly vetted adoption services, and supporting spay and neuter campaigns.

In Westville, Indiana, there is a no-kill cat shelter called The Independent Cat Society (ICS).

A 501c3 Nonprofit Dog Hospice, Petite Trésors Rescue & Sanctuary cares for senior, handicapped, and abused dogs. We permanently take in dogs that no one else wants.

In order to meet the need for assisting pets not only in our neighborhood but also in the surrounding area of northwest Indiana, Second Chance 4 Pets Network was established in 2012.

Through the adoption of stray animals and the provision of resources for pet families in need, we are on a mission to create and strengthen pet families. We appreciate the help from our friends and neighborhood.
