Our objective is to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic and rehabilitative care for canine and feline family members to the residents of the Roaring Fork Valley. Through client education, wellness, and preventative treatment for our patients, we are dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of all animals. All animals are treated as if they were our own, and clients and personnel are treated as if they are members of the family.

Willits Veterinary Hospital has been providing full-service veterinary care to the Roaring Fork Valley region since 2012. John Kuck, DVM, and his wife Kristen Kuck, CVT, founded the practice as a family affair that has since developed into a multi-doctor clinic with a complete nursing and administrative team. With the establishment of a new hospital location in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, the year 2019 saw more expansion. Wellness and preventative care, pain treatment, immunizations, surgery, radiography, computed tomography, dentistry, acupuncture, and other services are all available at Willits Vet.

Animal hospitals were the area of expertise for Gentle Friends Veterinary Hospital from Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Dr. Carsten created Birch Tree Animal Hospital in 1988. He was able to return to his hometown in the Roaring Fork Valley after the inauguration of this office. As a graduate of Glenwood Springs High School and Colorado Mountain College, he had a long held ambition to return to the Roaring Fork Valley to raise his family.

Dr. Judi Leake founded Red Hill Animal Health Center in June of 2000 in Carbondale, Colorado. Red Hill Animal Health Center was purchased by Dr. James Ziegler and his wife Kelly in 2013. Our mission is to provide you with every healthcare choice available, followed by a treatment plan that is tailored to your philosophy and objectives. We are able to provide each pet owner with a custom-designed, inexpensive service by adhering to this principle. Red Hill Animal Health Center offers a full range of veterinarian services, including surgery and dentistry. In addition, we provide overnight boarding, childcare, and grooming. In addition, through our in-house or on-line pharmacy, we provide a comprehensive range of specialized prescription and non-prescription diets and nutritional items for your convenience.
