Dr. Fouts has approximately ten years of expertise in the River Valley, where he practices both routine and emergency pet care. Dr. Fouts has spent the last year practicing at emergency clinics in Fort Smith and Springdale, where he has become particularly adept at treating and managing complex situations. ​
