Glass City Dog Park

Kevin Mullan started Toledo Unleashed, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in 2009 with the goal of establishing a dog park in Toledo, Ohio. Kevin worked extensively to raise public awareness about the need for a dog park. In Toledo, he gained a lot of support from the city and park officials. Kevin moved away in late 2011 and Tina Yoppolo and Sue Joseph took up the reins.

On reclaimed land alongside the Maumee River, a 28-acre urban park with a winding cycle and footpath was built.
