Malibu Bluffs Park is a six-acre neighborhood park with a view of the Pacific Ocean that is conveniently situated at the junction of Malibu Canyon Road and Pacific Coast Highway. The features include a walking track, walkways, picnic areas, a playground, soccer fields, and restrooms. Leashed pets and their owners are welcome in the park. Always clean up after your canine buddies, humans. Aside from the Michael Landon Community Center, the park has two baseball diamonds, a soccer/multipurpose field, a playground for children ages 2 to 12, a jogging trail, picnic tables, and a whale viewing station. Numerous community workshops, events, and sports leagues are held at Malibu Bluffs Park for children, teenagers, and adults. This circle trail with canyon and mountain views will take you through miles of untouched environment in the Santa Monica Mountains. On the trail, leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners.

Solstice Canyon includes hikes through coastal sage scrub and riparian plant ecosystems that are easy, moderate, or challenging. Picnics, a shady stroll down the Solstice Canyon Trail, or a more difficult hike up the Rising Sun Trail are all options for visitors. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Dogs are allowed, but they must always be kept on a six-foot leash. Please ensure that your dog is cleaned up after. Visit the magnificent 200-foot Escondido Falls on this 4-mile out-and-back trek with your dog. The terrain is steep, and there are a few creek crossings where the water can be high at times, so be sure your dog is up to the challenge before starting. At all times, dogs must be leashed.
