Red Oaks Dog Park

A wooded park with grassy spaces, picnic pavilions, and volleyball courts that has hosted various events.

Wilson Park is located off Hilton Road, just south of Nine Mile Road, and houses the Ferndale Dog Park. Only Ferndale residents with a membership are allowed to use the dog park. This park has safe key card entry, fenced play spaces for large and small dogs, sitting places, dog water stations, waste pickup stations, urine-resistant shrubbery, and more for Ferndale's four-legged companions and their owners.

Basic baseball and tennis facilities, as well as children's climbing structures and swings, are available at this city park.

Pets are allowed in Michigan state parks, recreation areas, and boating access areas as long as the rules and regulations are obeyed.
