The 27-acre Lehmann-Monroe Park is directly connected to Louise Hays Park. Access to the River Trail, river access, birding, a dog park, volleyball courts, and pavilions are among the amenities. Gordon and Peggy Monroe and Gene and Ruth Lehmann donated the land in 1991 and 1992, respectively.
