Edgemont Park

Nelson Nature Park is a "passive park" set in a tranquil wetland habitat with a diverse range of animals and plants. Despite the lack of ball fields and playground equipment, this park has a lot to offer. It's ideal for a little light exercise or just a leisurely stroll, with a half mile of paved walking paths flowing between big trees and native plants.

Pacific's network of local community parks reflects our agricultural roots and appreciation of nature. Pacific City Park, a vast park along the White River's banks, is the crown jewel of our park system. A modern playground, basketball court, stage, picnic area, and restrooms are all available in Pacific City Park. (During the season) Visitors can wander along the levy or explore the riverbed's polished rocks and volcanic sands.

Sumner's oldest park, with the most and largest trees of all the Sumner parks, is a popular picnic spot. Playground, picnic tables, basketball/pickleball court, horseshoe pits, sports field, and portable restrooms* are available.

There are various tree-studded picnic spaces, pathways, a playground, two ball fields, and more on the 80-acre grounds.

A baseball/softball field and a walking track, as well as grassy grounds and a playground, make up this little park.
