Ann D. L'Heureux Memorial Dog Park

The park is located in northeast Carlsbad and has a small trail connecting it to the Ann D. L'Heureux Dog Park. The 22-acre park site, formerly known as Larwin Park, is divided by a huge canyon holding vegetation that supports the endangered California gnatcatcher. The park's majority will be left the undeveloped open areas.

Picnic tables and benches are available in this 1-acre park, which offers a tranquil view of Buena Vista Lagoon. It is not possible to hire this park.

Carlsbad Premium Outlets is a dog-friendly outlet mall with outdoor areas where Petzooie is welcome on a leash. Some stores may allow Petzooie inside, but you must first verify with them.

The off-leash dog park at Carlsbad's Alga Norte Community Park is divided into areas for larger and smaller dogs, and includes obstacle course-style play equipment on a mix of turf and decomposed granite surfaces.

Bring your dog to Carlsbad's newest dog park for some fun. Alga Norte Community Park is located at the intersection of Alicante Road and Poinsettia Lane, slightly east of El Camino Real.
