Jump in the water with your dog for a nice swim after a game of fetch or Frisbee. Between mid-September and mid-May, dogs are always welcome on the beach. If you visit during the summer, go early in the morning or late in the evening, as dogs are not allowed between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Island Beach State Park

Dogs are allowed in the park, but they must be kept on a leash that is no longer than six feet long.
