Beaver Lake Outdoor Center welcomes pets. Located in Rogers, Arkansas, at the Beaver Lake entrance. You and your dog are invited to explore 30,000 acres of water and 480 kilometers of shoreline in a kayak. Bring a canine life jacket with you. Beaver Lake Outdoor Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners to this farm to assist in the selection of a Christmas tree for their home. You'll find something suitable at this well-stocked farm, whether you're looking for a large tree or a little pine. You and your dog can go tree-hunting every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At Arkansas Post National Memorial, which commemorates the first European settlement in the Lower Mississippi Valley, leashed dogs are welcome to accompany you on the trails. During the Revolutionary War, the station was also the location of a skirmish, and it played a significant role in the state's Civil War history. You and Petzooie can explore the Battle of Arkansas Post, walk along the nature trails, or tour the old town site. At all times, dogs must be leashed.

Moro Bay State Park is a popular fishing and water sports destination. Dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are kept on a leash.
47. Delta Heritage Trail State Park
Pets are welcome at Delta Heritage Trail State Park. Take your dog for a walk along the trail, which passes through a variety of wildlife habitats and gorgeous vegetation. The route is currently 44 miles long, but it is constantly developing, with the goal of completing the entire rail-to-trail line at 84.5 miles. Delta Heritage Trail State Park is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week.

This park, located on the banks of Lake Charles in the Ozark Mountains, provides you and your dog with plenty of fishing and hiking activities. It's a tranquil spot set on a 645-acre lake with bass, crappie, bream, and catfish. In fact, it's the spot in Northeast Arkansas where the most 20-inch bass have been caught. From March through October, the visitor center sells a complete line of bait and tackle. With four hiking trails, the park is also a great place to visit in the fall and winter. Simply keep Petzooie leashed at all times.

On the Lyon College campus, Schram Memorial Bark Park is a dog park. Members of the community and students alike are welcome to use this fenced-in space. The grassy area is a great place for Petzooie to play and meet new people. Make sure you use the garbage bags provided to mop up any spills.

Craighead Forest Park welcomes pets. This 692-acre park, which features a man-made lake, walking and hiking trails, and a dog dock near the boat launch, is located in the scenic grandeur of Crowley's Ridge. Take a stroll along the boardwalk with your leashed dog, as long as they clean up after themselves. The park opens at 6 a.m. every day of the week.
