Dog Park Locations

Pets are welcome on the New River Trail. The trail is 13.5 miles long and can be used for a variety of purposes. Dogs are allowed on the trail if they are leashed and clean up after themselves. The trail travels alongside the New River, which is frequently dry. The Skunk Creek Trail allows users to continue their trek.

Water Ranch's Riparian Preserve is pet-friendly. Bring your leashed dog along for a trek on one of the twisting circle routes in this natural area. The walkways provide opportunities to see animals in their natural environment. To avoid approaching wildlife, keep dogs on a maximum of a six-foot leash at all times. To maintain the cleanliness of the space, don't forget to clean up any spills.

Sandbar Powersports welcomes pets. This shop sells and rents out boats. There are even a few pet-friendly rental alternatives available. Sandbar Powersports is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wren House Brewing Company welcomes pets. The focus on quality distinguishes this brewery, which is located in Phoenix's Green Gables district. Their brewers, led by head brewer Preston Thoeny, combine worldwide beer styles with Arizona flair to create craft brews. Dogs must be on a leash. You can also order food from the outside. Wren House Brewing Company is open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

In Wenden, Arizona, Alamo Lake State Park is a dog-friendly state park where you may explore the desert beauty with your four-legged companion. Petzooie is invited to join you for cactus exploration or bass fishing as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after themselves. Waste must be disposed of in garbage bags. Please be aware that the park is home to coyotes.
