With tax ID 43-1244655, FCHS is a privately owned 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping local dogs and cats that are stray, abandoned, or misplaced. We became a corporation in 1981 and ran a foster network for stray animals for 13 years. We established our current shelter in Union, Missouri, in 1994.
