Dog Saver

With tax ID 43-1244655, FCHS is a privately owned 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping local dogs and cats that are stray, abandoned, or misplaced. We became a corporation in 1981 and ran a foster network for stray animals for 13 years. We established our current shelter in Union, Missouri, in 1994.

When the founder and his wife first began rescuing dogs in the 1980s, our tale officially begins. Animal control alerted Sadie and Hannah about a Golden Retriever that was going to be put down due to the popularity of their own Golden Retrievers, Sadie and Hannah. Jenny was her name.

NTTSARS is a volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue that is committed to giving homeless, abused, and abandoned animals a better life. The only employees of NTTSARS are volunteers who work to save animals and train them to be household pets.

In the state of Missouri, The St. Louis Senior Dog Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are an all-volunteer group that saves dogs of all ages, but we focus primarily on dogs over the age of five.

Open Door Animal Sanctuary's goal is to give abandoned cats and dogs the best possible quality of life and a second opportunity at finding a forever home.
