Robertson County Animal Control

The enforcement of Springfield's animal control laws falls under the purview of these personnel. On Industrial Drive, close to Josephine Street's intersection, is where you'll find the Animal Shelter.

We are a very tiny 501c3 foster home-based cat rescue that concentrates on both healthy cats and kittens and cats with special needs. Note that we DO NOT accept dogs.

The Humane Society of Sumner County (HSSC) is a tiny, private, non-profit (501c3) service group that advocates for the compassionate care of displaced, lost, and abandoned animals.

Before arriving to The Catio, all cats and kittens are rescued from Nashville Cat Rescue. The Catio does not directly consume cats.

Since 1946, Nashville Humane Association has committed itself to helping sick, abandoned, and vulnerable shelter animals in Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and all over the world.

Our goal is to serve as an alternative to shelters for animals that, through no fault of their own, are in danger of being homeless. In an effort to keep pets in their homes, we work with owners and their animals to ascertain their needs.
