Animals Staying Alive, Inc

Texas Humane Heroes is a no kill, private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 74-2069592). We have been assisting communities across Texas since our establishment in 1979.

It is a little non-profit adoption center called Central Texas SPCA. We do not accept owner surrenders or stray animals because we are not a public drop-off location. We pull pets from high-kill shelters that are at risk of being put to death into our facility in order to save them.

The sanctuary accommodates expectant cats, nursing mothers, kittens, elderly/ill cats, and other animals from the streets. Serenity Sanctuary and Animal Rescue also rescues any animal in need.

Residents of the City of Georgetown can get help with animal control and animal sheltering from the Animal Services Department.

Our goal is to rescue Central Texas' at-risk dogs and cats from uncertain futures in shelters and communities of stray animals.

The only facility exclusively devoted to lost and abandoned animals in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto, Leander, and Williamson County is the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
