Bobbi and the Strays

The mission of Last Hope, Inc., a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, is the rescue and rehabilitation of stray, abandoned, and animals facing death at the pound.

Officers from Animal Control respond to calls about stray or runaway dogs and ill or wounded pets. You can reach the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter at 516-785-5220 to make an animal control service request.

We are here to save as many neglected and abandoned cats and dogs as we can. We want to move children into devoted, enduring homes.

The Nassau County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to guard county animals against cruelty and neglect. It is located in Nassau County, New York.

We are an officially recognized non-profit animal rescue organization. Toni Roman, a Queens native who founded HEART Rescue in 2010, has assisted numerous pets in finding long-term, secure homes.
