Derby Dog Pound

Provides services for both cat and dog adoption, and anyone interested should visit the shelter during business hours to see the animals that are available and to fill out an application.

The Ansonia Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization that makes every effort to place adoptable dogs and cats in their ideal homes.

A non-profit 501c3 group called Coco's Animal Rescue Efforts of Seymour (CARES) is run completely by devoted volunteers. Our goal is to give abandoned and surrendered cats and dogs temporary sanctuary until we can find them loving new homes.

All municipal, state, and federal rules and ordinances relating to dogs, cats, and other animals are enforced by Woodbridge Regional Animal Control.

One of Connecticut's actual no-kill shelters is us. We provide a home for abandoned dogs and cats that are up for adoption.

We serve coffee and adoptable shelter cats in a cozy setting as Connecticut's first cat cafe.
