Circle Veterinary Clinic

The staff at Circle Veterinary Clinic is dedicated to assisting our clients in providing the best possible care for their pets. We are the only AAHA-accredited hospital in Wilmington, and our compassionate, skilled veterinarians and support staff prioritize comprehensive and preventative treatment. Our hospital has a long history of excellent service, dating back to 1925 as Delaware's longest continually operating small animal veterinary office. Dr. Harvey Fell founded the practice, which was followed in 1956 by Dr. John L. Wilkins, a long-time Wilmington veterinarian, whose son Dr. David Wilkins joined the practice in 1986 and transferred Circle Veterinary Clinic to its current location in 2009.
