The Southern Colorado Spay and Neuter Association (also known as "SoCO" in the community) is a low-cost, non-profit veterinary facility that offers low-cost, preventative treatment to southern Colorado's homed and unhomed pets.
This non-profit has operated out of the same location on the south side of Pueblo since 1997, sterilizing over 93,000 pets and providing hundreds of thousands of immunizations to neighborhood pets without regard for their financial situation.
